Students outside of the EU who are planning to study in Lithuania for more than 90 days must apply for a long-stay visa or residency permit. The cost of applying for the long-term visa is 60 Euros. The processing fee for a temporary resident permit is 115 Euros. International students from Russia, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Montenegro are required to pay an additional 40 Euros for processing their applications.
