UC3M – Human Resources Management

Study how organisations recruit, develop and support people. This English-taught master’s brings academic perspectives together with contributions from HR practitioners.

A year of connected learning

The first semester places human resources within wider management. The second focuses on HR specialisms, professional seminars and a nine-credit final project. Optional Paris and Limerick tracks have separate arrangements and prices; this profile describes the Madrid route.

Applying and exploring opportunities

Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong English, normally C1 or an accepted equivalent. The selection considers academic records, experience, motivation and an interview.

Corporate HR teams and consultancy are relevant directions. Consider whether you are most interested in employee development, organisational behaviour or international people management when comparing courses.
