UAB – Interuniversity Master in Computer Vision

Computer vision turns images into information that software can use. This English-taught joint master’s combines mathematical ideas with practical work on visual problems. It is offered by UAB.

What you will learn

Topics include image understanding, three-dimensional reconstruction and video analysis, using approaches from classical vision to deep learning. UAB coordinates the programme with UPC, UB, UPF and UOC.

Could this course suit you?

You may enjoy this subject if you like building something and then testing where it succeeds or fails. When comparing courses, ask how projects are assessed and how students learn to work with imperfect data. Those experiences can be as valuable as learning another software tool.

Applying

Applicants normally hold a degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or a related field. The programme requires at least B2 English and checks programming preparation, particularly Python, alongside academic background and motivation. Applications go through UAB.

Planning your experience

Confirm where your modules take place before choosing a room. A joint programme can involve travel between campuses; the UOC contribution does not make the whole degree an online course.
