Build a broader understanding of how organisations work before choosing a management specialism. UC3M’s MiM is aimed at early-career graduates and is taught in English.
Course structure
Core study covers strategy, marketing, finance and organisational behaviour. International-management and innovation-management options allow different emphases, followed by a six-credit final project. The university schedules compulsory preparation around late August and early September.
Is it a good fit?
A bachelor’s degree is required. Related business subjects receive priority, although other backgrounds can be considered. English requirements normally correspond to B2 or an accepted equivalent.
An optional internship requires you to secure a suitable position with university support. It is worth comparing that opportunity with your interests in entrepreneurship, international business or managing teams.
