UC3M – Finance

Explore how investment choices, financial markets and company decisions connect. UC3M’s English-taught Finance master’s combines compulsory study with room to specialise.

Learning and projects

Four teaching terms cover areas including fixed income, derivatives and corporate finance. The structure combines 30 compulsory credits, 24 elective credits and a six-credit final project. Internships are possible after the third term.

Who it suits

The programme targets graduates with little or no experience and a quantitative background in business, economics, mathematics, statistics or engineering. A bachelor’s degree and strong English, normally C1 or an accepted equivalent, are required.

Looking ahead

The curriculum may interest students exploring investment, risk or corporate-finance work. Compare the elective choices with the financial questions you most want to investigate.
