What you will explore

The 90-credit course includes a 30-credit applied analytics project. Topics and tools include AI, Python, visualisation and decision-making. The project is an opportunity to bring technical work and communication together: a useful analysis also needs an explanation that other people can act on.

Applying

The usual entry requirement is a 2:1 honours degree or equivalent with quantitative content. A 2:2 plus at least two years of relevant experience may also be considered. Where English evidence is required, the published IELTS standard is 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each component, or equivalent.

Making the most of your choice

Before choosing a master’s, think of a business question you would like to answer with data. What information would you need, what could be misleading, and how would you present your conclusion? Exploring those questions can help you decide whether this balance of business and analytical work suits you.
