What you will study
The English-taught degree combines 45 credits of courses with a 15-credit thesis. Options range from algebra and geometry to numerical methods and mathematical modelling; some study can be drawn from other master’s programmes.
Interests and opportunities
It may suit future mathematical researchers or students interested in modelling across science and industry. Use the elective choices to build a coherent focus around the problems you want to understand.
Admission and budgeting
Applicants need a scientific background and mathematical foundations. Mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering and economics are among the suggested degrees. Selection considers the academic record, CV and statement of purpose.
